Isobel Savege

Art Therapist

I’m an Art Psychotherapist, Ecotherapist, artist and workshop facilitator. I have over 10 years experience working creatively with adults in various settings including women’s shelters, hospice care and Yoga and Art Therapy workshops. I have witnessed time and time again, the power of art for self-awareness, radical self-love and healing. I now work full time in private practice, offering sessions outdoors, online and in my cosy studio.

About Me

If anxiety has made your world feel small or left you feeling disconnected, I'm here to help. My gentle, grounding presence and creative approach focus on creating safety within your nervous system. Our goal is to stop forcing you into a mould that doesn't fit and to help you to build a life that actually works for your brain and body.

Approach

A gentle, compassionate approach guides how I work, inviting curiosity and small experiments with image, movement and breath. Sessions happen in my studio in Gijón or online, in English, and are relaxed, unhurried and paced to your needs. We will invite the whole body into the therapy and the art making process. This hands-on, steady rhythm often suits people navigating life transitions, burnout, anxiety or stress.
