I am a Counseling Psychologist (Vollmitglied) in Auderghem, Brussels, Belgium. I treat body image issues, eating disorders, and low self-esteem. I use CBT, coaching, online therapy, and personal development to build practical coping skills.
Approach
Helping clients step out of diet-driven cycles, I focus on practical, moment-to-moment work that makes food and body experiences less charged and more manageable. In Brussels or remotely in English, German or Spanish, sessions are paced with clear, small experiments, mindful practices and collaborative planning — you’ll leave with simple strategies to try between meetings and we’ll review what shifts. The approach suits adults ready for concrete changes and a kinder, steadier relationship with eating and self-image.
