Isaac is a passionate clinical psychologist who works with multiple humanitarian sites. He was trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy at private psychological centres and semi-government hospitals.

About Me

I help individuals navigate complex emotional challenges, drawing on my experience supporting those in humanitarian contexts. With training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I offer practical tools to manage difficult thoughts and feelings. My approach is particularly suited for those seeking clear strategies to build resilience and find inner stability. We can work together to make sense of your experiences and move forward with purpose.

Approach

Sessions focus on practical steps that link values, present-moment skills and gradual behavioural experiments to reduce distress and increase choice. In Subang Jaya I offer English and Mandarin appointments with a clear, measured pace where I listen closely, reflect patterns and co-design small, doable practices. Between sessions you’ll try brief exercises, track responses and bring observations back so we can tweak strategies together using cognitive, acceptance and emotion-regulation techniques. This way of working tends to help people managing anxiety, OCD, trauma and personality-related difficulties who want structured, collaborative therapy.
