Ms Irine Kisaka

CBT Psychotherapist

A very competent CBT therapist, with great experience working with teens and boys at the rehabilitation. I have great enthusiasm in my work, I’m very observant, great team player, good research skills and very fluent in communication.

About Me

As a CBT Psychotherapist, I bring extensive experience supporting teens and boys through rehabilitation. I foster clear, open dialogue, creating a space where you feel truly heard. I tailor evidence-based CBT techniques, informed by current research, to your unique needs. My enthusiasm and close observation help young people find practical strategies. We work to build resilience and move forward.

Approach

Having worked extensively with adolescents in rehabilitation, I run sessions that are practical, observant and conversational—focused on small, achievable changes. In Nairobi and online, in English or Kiswahili, we set clear agendas, practice skills in session and I assign short exercises to try between meetings. I use measured questioning, brief behavioural experiments and collaborative problem-solving so progress feels steady and measurable. This pace suits young people and parents who want straightforward tools and honest feedback.
