Miss Ioanna Theodoulou

Arts Therapist

Drama therapist working with adults, adolescents, children, couples, families, and parents. Groups or personal sessions.

About Me

Do you find words don't quite capture what you're feeling? As a drama therapist, I guide adults, adolescents, children, and families to explore emotions and relationships. Through creative methods, we can uncover new perspectives. In personal or group sessions, this approach offers a unique path to insight and connection. It’s ideal for those seeking an active, different way to understand themselves and others.

Approach

When verbal labels fall short, I invite movement, role-play and creative experiments so feelings become visible and changeable in the room. In Limassol I offer sessions in English, Greek or Spanish that balance gentle pacing with active tasks—sometimes in groups, sometimes one-to-one—and we notice small shifts together during and between meetings. Work often blends structured improvisation with reflective check-ins to support insight around relationships, trauma or addictive patterns. This way suits people who prefer learning through doing and experiencing rather than only talking.
