About Me

I am a Professional Counselor and Mediator based in Milnerton, Western Cape, South Africa. I offer adolescent therapy, divorce and relationship counseling, parenting support, and online sessions. I use counseling and coaching to build clear coping and communication skills.

Through a Solution Focus approach, I gear at meeting the varied needs of individuals and families facing emotional challenges and venture into the explanation of Human Behaviour: The "How" and "Why" of why we do what we do, the idea that we are in control of choosing ALL our Behaviours and how to create change!

The Association for Choice Theory South Africa is delighted to offer this 6 hr special workshop intended to help people take better control of their lives. It serves as a basic introduction to Choice Theory psychology, an excellent explanation of human behaviour and a way to understand how we can improve the quality of our own lives and improve our personal well being. This workshop has been accredited by William Glasser International.
