In Valletta or online, in English or Maltese, sessions move at your pace and can weave conversation with simple creative tasks and grounding practices you can use between meetings. I listen closely, mirror what I hear, and offer gentle experiments and stabilising tools to help rework trauma responses and stuck patterns—adapting language and examples to suit adults and young people alike. This approach tends to suit those carrying cross-cultural complexity and past hurts.
