About Me

Through art therapy, individuals find a gentle way to explore complex feelings. This approach especially supports those navigating trauma, relational difficulties, or the deep impact of bereavement and loss. Using creative expression, clients can build confidence and gain control, even when words feel insufficient. The aim is to help overcome what seems impossible, fostering growth to build your best life.

Approach

When feelings feel too tangled to name, I invite artmaking alongside talk so sensing, memory and narrative can be worked with in different ways. In my quiet studio in Totnes and in secure online sessions, offered in English or German, we move at your pace and create small, safe experiments that you can return to between meetings. Sessions blend hands-on materials with clear containment, paced check-ins and practical ways to track progress; I may suggest brief reflective tasks to stabilise shifts. This approach suits people facing trauma, loss or hard relational patterns seeking practical, embodied change.
