Miss Iman Ali

Therapist / Counselor (Qualifying)

An experienced, competent and compassionate integrative therapist offering online counselling to young people and adults struggling with mental health distress. Trained to adhere to good ethical practice my mission will be to provide a judgement free space for you and I to work together to alleviate your discomfort.

About Me

I offer online Counseling to young people and adults experiencing mental health distress. My mission is to provide a safe, judgement-free space. As an experienced integrative therapist, I compassionately support you. Here, we work together to explore feelings and alleviate discomfort. This collaborative approach helps you navigate challenges, fostering greater ease and understanding. I am dedicated to ethical practice, ensuring a supportive environment for your journey.

Approach

You and I work at a pace you can follow, shaping each session around what feels most pressing so steps toward relief stay manageable and ethical. Offering online sessions from Islamabad, I also use Bengali or Hindi/Urdu when that helps you feel understood and grounded. Sessions typically combine short grounding or mindfulness practices with reflective exploration of patterns around anxiety, mood, trauma or addictive behaviours, plus simple between-session tasks to practise new responses. This way of working tends to suit adolescents, adults and older clients who want steady, respectful support.
