I am an experienced therapist with a special interest in stress, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, addiction, relationship issues and trauma. I also assist people who face general life challenges or would like to seek guidance regarding personal or career development. As a therapist in both in-patient and out-patient settings, I am well placed to offer education and support to people who have been diagnosed with mental illness and to assist families. Private practice clients have the option of in-person or online therapy.
