Most people don’t come to therapy because they’re “curious.”
They come because something isn’t working anymore.
Maybe you’ve tried to push through on your own.
Maybe you’ve prayed, overthought, avoided, or just kept going… but nothing really shifts.
That’s where I come in.
I’m a mental health professional and founder of Brown Psychological Services. I work with individuals who are ready to move beyond just coping and actually start changing patterns—thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses that keep them stuck.
My work is structured, collaborative, and practical. This isn’t a space where you just talk endlessly and hope something clicks. We identify what’s not working, understand why, and actively work toward change.
For clients who are faith-oriented, I also integrate biblical principles in a grounded, psychologically sound way—not surface-level advice, but deep alignment between your mental and spiritual life.
***Please note: I work best with clients who are ready to start and engage consistently and intentionally in the process.
