About Me
Approach
I am an attachment based psychoanalytic psychotherapist. I am interested in you as a whole person , not a diagnossis or a single problem. I will spend time with you finding out what you want from psychotherapy and about your history; particularly your relationships both past and present and any traumatic events in your life. Whilst I use techniques from cognitive behaviour therapy and problem solving my approach is more long term and inclusive.
I always suggest an initial meeting to see if we feel we can work with each other and to tell you more about my approach. I am also happy to speak with you on the phone before setting up a meeting. It is important you find the right therapist for you and this gives you as much oppurtunity as possible to make that decision.
Ask a quick question or arrange a time to meet.
Services
Weekly 50 mins psychotherapy sessions in my consulting room by Peckham Rye Commom. My fee is between £80 and £95 depending on time of day and your circumstances.
I do have low cost places for those on low incomes.
