Humans Being Counselling

Humans Being Counselling

We are much more than your regular psychology clinic. We strive to create a calming therapeutic environment, that begins as soon as you walk in the door and extends beyond the counselling room. Our clinicians are authentic, caring and use evidence-based interventions to help you live the life you want to live.

About Us

We are a mental health organisation in Malvern, Victoria, Australia. Our clinicians are registered psychologists, clinical psychologists and mental health social workers. We offer family therapy, child and adolescent therapy, and counselling. We provide short-term and ongoing appointments in a private, respectful setting.

Approach

Stepping from our calm clinic into the therapy itself, we focus on practical, collaborative sessions that feel paced, respectful and tailored to you. In Melbourne or online, sessions mix quiet reflection with hands-on tools—brief skill practice, gentle experiments between meetings and clear check-ins so progress is tracked and adjusted. You’ll notice emphasis on safety, routines and small, steady changes that build confidence. This way of working often suits people and families wanting practical support that fits real life.
