Hisham

Mr Hisham Zubair Rashdi

Therapeutic Counselor

I work with a range of mental health issues, i.e. self-esteem issues, depression, relational issues, emotional neglect and abuse. I have a particular interest in self-development and loss of identity/direction-related issues for men. I aim to create a space to empower my clients, keeping in mind their personal complexity.

About Me

I offer a supportive space for adults navigating self-esteem, depression, relational challenges, or past emotional neglect. I particularly welcome men exploring self-development and questions of self, purpose and direction in life. Together, we can uncover your personal complexity. This helps you reclaim your sense of self. We'll work to find a clearer way forward, honouring your unique journey.

Approach

We map relationship patterns and earlier experiences of neglect, use reflective and active tools, and agree on small between-session experiments to try new ways of relating.
