I offer appointments in Lahore and online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, and shape the rhythm and length of work to your comfort. We map relationship patterns and earlier experiences of neglect, use reflective and active tools, and agree on small between-session experiments to try new ways of relating. This way of working often helps adults — especially men questioning identity or purpose — reclaim agency and self-worth.
