About Me

Life's challenges can feel overwhelming, making it hard to see a path forward. As a clinical psychologist, I offer a collaborative space where we can gently explore what you're experiencing. Together, we'll work to understand underlying patterns and develop practical ways to navigate difficulties. You'll gain clearer perspective and effective strategies. This helps you feel more equipped to move towards positive change, suiting those seeking insight and tangible steps.

Approach

Together we'll translate insight into steady, practical shifts by focusing on what feels most pressing and manageable in each session. In Mbombela or online, in Afrikaans or English, sessions are paced to suit your energy—sometimes focused and goal-oriented when stress or trauma disrupts daily life, other times slower and reflective when untangling relationships or rebuilding after divorce. I pair attentive listening with gentle body-aware and imagination-based techniques, and I may suggest short between-session experiments to test new responses. This way of working often helps adults regain balance and clearer options.
