Helplink Mental Health
“Helplink is a charitable organisation providing accessible Mental Health services 7 days a week.”
About Us
We provide corporate workshops, art therapy, child and adolescent therapy, and counselling from our Galway, Ireland clinic. Our clinicians are qualified counsellors and therapists. We work with individuals, families, and organisations on stress, relationship, and developmental concerns.
Approach
From our Galway clinic and online spaces, we prioritise steady, approachable support that fits around people’s lives. Sessions in English or Irish move at a practical pace—short goals, gentle creative tasks when helpful, and flexible check-ins between meetings by phone or message. Therapy blends focused listening, timely reflection and simple activities so families, couples and individuals can try new patterns and strengthen daily coping. Those juggling work, parenting or school often find this structured, adaptable way of working helpful.
