About Me

I have worked in Government, at NGO's and Corporate. These work experiences contribute to what I have to offer in my private practice where I have been for 22 years. I was born and grew up in Gauteng, studied at Potchefstroom; Pretoria and RAU (Johannesburg ) Universities. Have been living in Cape Town for 30 years. I have a passion for my work. I love it to help clients get unstuck and empowered. I enjoy working with couples and get them connected again. I am practical, a good motivator don't easily give up.

Approach

My approach I take from a variety of teachings, Cognitive behavior therapy; Crisis & Trauma Intervention; TRE body work; Imago Relationship therapy and Encounter Centered Couples therapy. I can work short term, skills based and also long term and in depth. The languages medium is Afrikaans and English, In-person and online.
