About Me
I help clients express deep feelings and experiences through dramatherapy, particularly if words feel difficult. My approach creates a safe space to explore trauma without direct verbal recounting. Healing unfolds within you, at your own pace. This creative path is ideal for non-verbal individuals, or for anyone preferring a gentle, indirect way to process difficult experiences.
Approach
You’ll find the room inviting gentle experiment: small enactments, movement, improvisation and use of objects to let feelings show up without insisting on words. In Benoni I work in English, mostly face-to-face, pacing sessions to match your tolerance so we can notice shifts rather than push for explanations. Between sessions I may suggest simple creative prompts or sensory anchors to carry discoveries into daily life, especially helpful for grief, trauma or developmental differences. People who prefer doing over talking often find this approach grounding and accessible.
