Using the Embodied Imagination method, we can explore your dreams and the subjective bodily experience of events. This ‘bottom-up’ processing helps you connect with feelings and insights implicitly. It offers a powerful way to work if other methods haven't quite fit. We can find new paths within your inner world.
Approach
Working with embodied imagery and dream exploration, I guide sessions toward sensing and unfolding what rises in the body rather than only naming thoughts. I hold meetings in Stellenbosch or via secure online sessions in English, pacing the work to your felt tempo and comfort. We track images, breath and subtle tensions, sometimes using short practices between sessions to anchor small but lasting shifts that surface from within. This way tends to suit people seeking deeper, experiential understanding and steadier choices.
