Licensed Social Worker

verified by TherapyRoute

I work with adult couples, individuals and groups towards a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships and day to day challenges. A psychodynamic approach provides safety, privacy and a warm space for reflection and opportunity for meaningful change.

About Me

I work with adults, couples, and groups to explore personal and relational challenges. My psychodynamic approach offers a warm, private space for deep reflection. Here, you can safely make sense of your experiences, gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. This fosters meaningful change for your day-to-day life. If you seek clarity and lasting growth, we can work together.

Approach

Within a private reflective space, therapy moves at a gentle, curiosity-led pace where we notice patterns, name feelings and test small changes together. I offer in person sessions in Sedgefield and audiovisual sessions online, in English, with time between meetings for reflection or brief practical steps you choose to try. We attend to loss, shifts in relationships and life changes through explorations that link past experience to present choices, keeping adjustments realistic and paced to you. This way of working tends to suit those seeking thoughtful, steady change.
