Hanna

Mrs Hanna Osipova

Chartered Psychologist

Competent and experienced psychologist working with women to solve different internal problems: self-esteem, femininity, female psychosomatics, inability to get pregnant, marriage, abuse, family relationships, eating disorders, childhood traumas etc.

About Me

I offer a supportive, experienced space for women to unravel internal problems. Whether navigating self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, or past traumas, we can explore these together. My aim is to help you gain clarity and develop practical ways forward. Many women find relief in addressing concerns like female psychosomatics or infertility within a safe, understanding environment.

Approach

Working with women’s inner conflicts often looks like slowing down to notice how emotions and bodily signals speak. In Lisbon or online, in Russian or Ukrainian, sessions move between gentle talking, visual or body‑focused exercises, and short, practical tasks to try between meetings so change feels tangible. I keep a steady, paced rhythm—safe curiosity, occasional challenge, and clear framing—to help you map patterns and try small experiments. This way of working suits adults and couples ready to translate insight into everyday shifts.
