About Me
I support children aged four and up, teenagers, and adults navigating a range of emotional, behavioural, and scholastic challenges. My aim is to create a safe space where feelings can be explored and practical strategies developed. Parents are included in our work to ensure progress continues effectively at home. This collaborative approach helps families find clearer paths forward and supports adults seeking personal growth.
Approach
When learning, emotional or behavioural concerns come up I work alongside children, teens and caregivers to translate worries into manageable steps. Sessions in Bethlehem or online, in Afrikaans or English, blend brief assessment, playful tasks and focused skill practice at a steady, practical pace. I offer clear tools, set small goals to practise between meetings and adapt the plan from session feedback so progress transfers into home and school. This style suits families and adults seeking hands‑on, measurable support.
