As a relationship therapist, I help couples and individuals create deeper connections and work through challenges with empathy and understanding. Whether you're rebuilding trust and connection as a couple or exploring personal growth on your own, I provide a safe, supportive space for that journey. Approach

My approach in working with clients involves helping you make sense of your inner experiences and relationship patterns, so that you can respond in ways that are more helpful for you. In couples counselling, our focus will be on identifying disruptive cycles in the relationship, gaining access to the deeper emotions that underlie these cycles, and communicating them effectively. In individual counselling, we will co-create a safe space together for you to explore your emotions and thoughts, gain more clarity, and identify your path forward.
