About Me
I offer therapeutic counseling in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, Noord-Holland, Netherlands. I treat abuse, anxiety, mood disorders, dream work, and personality difficulties through counseling, psychoanalysis, and somatic psychotherapy. I provide confidential sessions that teach practical skills and build clearer emotional awareness.
Approach
Therapeutic work follows a careful tracing of early relational patterns into present life, attending to bodily sensations, dream images and the stories you bring so history and the psyche's deeper movements can both be seen. In Amsterdam and online I offer sessions in Dutch, English and Swedish, paced to your rhythm—sometimes slow and reflective, sometimes more somatic—so insights are grounded between meetings. I guide small experiments in noticing and responding differently to feelings and relationships.
