Perhaps social connections with friends, family, or colleagues feel challenging. Together, we can understand how these areas link, helping you navigate difficulties. This approach fosters deeper contentment, connecting all parts of your life.

Approach

Recognizing how your body, thoughts and relationships shape one another, I help you map connections and try small shifts that feel manageable and culturally respectful. Sessions in Dammam or online, conducted in English, are paced to your breath, mixing short mindfulness practices with conversational coaching and reflective tasks to try between meetings. We track how physical sensations, daily routines and social moments affect mood, adjusting steps collaboratively so change feels normal and sustainable. This way of working tends to suit adolescents, couples and individuals seeking practical, thoughtful self-care.
