Ms Gunjan Arora

Counseling Psychologist

I follow a trauma-informed approach to facilitate healing, self-discovery, and growth. People are experts in their lives and I use their expertise to guide the process of therapy.

About Me

As a Counseling Psychologist, I empower your journey towards healing and self-discovery. My trauma-informed approach creates a safe, supportive space. I believe you are the expert in your own life; your unique insights guide our work. Together, we explore your experiences, facilitating growth at your pace. This collaborative process helps you navigate challenges and build a more fulfilling future.

Approach

Healing grows when your experience guides each step, so I shape sessions around your pace, priorities and readiness to explore. From my Delhi practice and online I offer therapy in English and Hindi/Urdu, meeting adults where life feels most demanding. Sessions blend values-driven experiments, present-moment skills and gentle exploration of past wounds, with practical tasks to try between meetings and space to reflect. People navigating anxiety, relationship strains, mood shifts or recovery from abuse often find this focused, collaborative pace helpful.
