Licensed Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

Welcome, I’m Greta, a psychologist offering a professional and confidential setting for young adults and expats navigating emotional challenges, personal transitions, and life in an international context. This practice was created to provide continuity, cultural understanding, and psychological support in a space where you can feel understood, both linguistically and personally. Sessions are available online and in person, in German, Italian, and English.

About Me

My name is Greta, and I am the heart and soul behind this practice. As a licensed psychologist based in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, my mission is to offer a place for growth and self-discovery through online or in-person sessions in German, Italian and English. With a specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), my approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and empowerment. Grown up in South Tyrol (Italy), I moved after completing my Bachelor and Master in Psychology in Austria to the Netherlands. Currently, I am enrolled in a postgraduate program to become a Clinical Psychologist.

Approach

I work with a so-called multi-method approach. This means we will work with different psychological techniques, based on your unique situation, ensuring to offer the most effective support. Throughout our sessions, we will blend elements from several treatment forms: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey. It's a partnership where we explore the landscapes of your inner world together, uncovering insights and tools that lead to meaningful change. My role, as a psychologist, is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself, explore your thoughts and feelings, and develop strategies to navigate life's challenges. I am here to support you in discovering your strengths, fostering resilience, and moving towards a life that feels fulfilling and authentic to you.
