Ms Grace Seutloali, MA

Clinical Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I am a Clinical Psychologist offering psychodynamic psychotherapy to adults and couples. I work with mood, anxiety, and personality disorders. I also work with life transitions, work-related distress, trauma, grief and loss.

About Me

I am predominantly psychodynamically orientated, but I use other therapeutic techniques such as CBT, BWRT, MBT, depending on the client's therapeutic needs. I have worked in government settings but I am currently in private practice. I have experience working in a psychiatric hospital, a general hospital as well as smaller clinic settings. I work with people needing assistance working through various mental health and life challenges. I mainly work with adults and couples.

Approach

I offer a calm and supportive therapeutic space where clients can speak openly about the challenges they are facing. My therapeutic approach is psychodynamically informed and focuses on understanding the emotional and relational patterns that shape how people experience themselves and others. I work collaboratively with clients to safely explore difficult experiences, while also being gently direct in helping them recognise patterns and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.
