About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist and sexual assault trauma therapist, dedicated to helping children, teenagers, and adults. I guide you through the lasting effects of abuse and other traumatic experiences. Our sessions offer a safe, compassionate space where we gently explore difficult memories. Using CBT principles, we can build practical coping skills for daily life. This approach helps those seeking to find stability and move towards a more hopeful future.

Approach

Working with survivors of sexual assault and trauma, my focus is creating steady, predictable pacing that lets difficult memories surface without overwhelming you. In Lagos or online, in English or Yoruba, sessions blend short, focused CBT exercises with gentle reflection, and I check in between meetings to adapt practical strategies to your daily life. I use simple measures to track progress so we can see what helps and adjust together. This way of working often suits young people and adults rebuilding safety, rhythm and confidence after hurt.
