Mrs Gordana Miskovic, M.Psi.

Psychologist

I help adults who are tired of being trapped in anxiety, overthinking, or emotional survival mode. You might be functioning on the outside — working, studying, raising a family, achieving — but still feeling: mentally overstimulated or constantly worried emotionally sensitive or numb stuck in the same relationship patterns unsure of yourself, your future, or your direction deeply tired from always “holding it together” Therapy with me is not just a place to vent — it’s a space where you finally start to understand yourself and change what’s been repeating for years. My clients often say they feel calmer, clearer, and more emotionally stable after a short period of consistent work.

About Me

I’m a psychologist and psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience, working with English-speaking adults worldwide through online therapy. Most of my clients are capable, intelligent, and outwardly “fine” — but internally they feel exhausted from anxiety, overthinking, pressure, or emotional overwhelm. Many struggle with chronic stress, difficult relationship patterns, childhood emotional wounds, or the feeling that they’ve been carrying life alone for too long. In our work together, you won’t be left talking in circles. Therapy with me is warm, structured, and deeply supportive — but also practical and goal-focused. We make sense of what’s happening, uncover what’s driving it underneath, and build real change step by step. If you feel stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward — I’ll help you find clarity, stability, and a stronger relationship with yourself.

Approach

My style is warm, direct, and structured. That means I will absolutely support you — but I will also help you move forward. We work with both what you feel and what you do, so your progress becomes visible in real life (not only in theory). In sessions, you can expect: clear direction and structure (so therapy feels productive) emotional depth without overwhelm practical tools for anxiety, emotional regulation, and boundaries insight into patterns that keep repeating a stronger sense of identity, confidence, and self-trust I often work with people who learned early to be “strong,” mature, capable, or pleasing — and now feel burned out, anxious, or disconnected from themselves. Therapy helps you come back to your real needs, your voice, and your boundaries — without guilt.
