For over four decades, I have guided couples and individuals to strengthen their bonds. When relationships face challenges, I help you learn practical ways to grow connection and deepen love. We work together to understand relationship patterns. This fosters a space where you can truly grow alongside each other. My approach helps those ready to invest in their future, building lasting closeness instead of drifting apart.
Approach
We all learned our relationship skills in our families as children. Some of our “skills “ were adaptive patterns to meet our family’s expectations. When we bring these patterns into our adult relationships they can create challenges that interfere with connection and intimacy. I am based in Port Townsend and offer online sessions in English. Learn to bring curiosity and compassion to the tense moments so trust and closeness can be rebuilt.
