About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist and Coach, registered at the Order of Italian Psychologists (Section A, OPL), the Dutch Institute of Psychologists as a Psycholoog NIP® and the American Psychological Association (APA). I hold a degree in Clinical Psychology, along with various additional qualifications, including Master degrees and specialized certifications. I continuously update my expertise through new courses and research, as I believe a lifelong learning mindset is essential in my profession. I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples from diverse origins, backgrounds, social conditions and sexual orientation —such as Italian and Spanish-speaking communities, where I possess a deep understanding of both languages and cultures. I also have significant experience providing psychological consultations within Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and in Couple Therapy.

Approach

I employ an integrated approach that goes beyond any single theory or set of techniques, allowing me to choose and adapt the most effective methods in a flexible and functional manner. My starting point is the diversity and uniqueness of each individual or couple; consequently, the therapeutic approach must also be diverse and tailored. Through the integration and synergy of various theories and techniques, I adapt my work to the specific characteristics and needs of each person—an eclectic way of working in which every session and situation is approached specifically and uniquely based on your needs. I provide my services both online and in person through a solution-oriented framework. My goal is to help you face and overcome the issues causing you distress or emotional pain. I can support you in addressing any negative thoughts or feelings you may be experiencing—both as individuals and/or as a couple. This is an inclusive and intersectional psychology practice dedicated to providing support to people of all genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, cultural and religious backgrounds. Here, every person is respected and valued in a safe, non-judgmental space. LGBTQIA+ friendly.
