Licensed Professional Counselor

Working with many people suffering from traumatic situations, PTSD, crisis, stress, anxiety, client lead, no pressure, first responders and those suffering from narcissist abuse

About Me

I support individuals navigating the deep impact of traumatic situations, including PTSD, crisis, and persistent anxiety. Many I work with are first responders or those recovering from narcissistic abuse. Our sessions are always client-led, moving at your pace without pressure. This gentle approach creates a safe space to explore challenges, helping you rediscover your inner strength and find stability.

Approach

Sessions unfold at your chosen pace, honoring readiness and the small steps that rebuild trust in yourself. I offer in-person work in St. Louis and confidential online sessions in English, so we can keep progress steady whether you prefer face-to-face or virtual meetings. In-session we use gentle grounding, mindfulness practice, short skill-building exercises and somatic noticing, with practical tools to try between meetings and regular check-ins to adjust focus. This approach tends to suit emergency workers and people recovering from controlling relationships who want clear, steady support.
