About Me
I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Courtice, Ontario. I provide individual counseling, mindfulness, and stress management for people coping with abuse, anxiety, and eating disorders.
Approach
When overwhelming feelings, past hurt, or difficult body experiences show up, I slow the pace and carefully track what your nervous system is telling us so the work feels safe and manageable. Sessions in Oshawa or online in English are steady and lightly structured—short check-ins, breath- and body-based grounding, then focused exploration of patterns that keep you stuck. You’ll leave with small practices to try between appointments and space to notice changes. This way of working often suits adults who are sensitive, thoughtful, and ready for gradual shifts.
