Licensed Clinical Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I’m a clinical psychologist providing individual therapy for adolescents and adults. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Systemic and Analytic Psychotherapy to help clients better understand their difficulties and develop effective ways of navigating them. My work is grounded in an ethical and collaborative therapeutic relationship and guided by each client’s needs.

About Me

Many people seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy can be a space to make sense of these experiences and work toward meaningful change. Together, we can thoughtfully explore the emotional roots of distress and develop a deeper understanding of the patterns that may be shaping current challenges. This process can support long-term coping, personal growth, and greater self-awareness, with the aim of fostering lasting and sustainable change.

Approach

My approach to therapy is collaborative and supportive. I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly and without judgment. Together, we work to better understand the difficulties you are facing and the factors that may be contributing to them. At the same time, therapy can also focus on building practical tools to help manage challenges in daily life. The process is flexible and guided by each person’s needs, whether that involves developing coping strategies, gaining new perspectives, or working through difficult experiences.
