About Me
Life can bring many challenges, from anxiety and low self-esteem to grief or relationship struggles. As an integrative psychotherapist, I offer a supportive space to explore these difficulties. I welcome people experiencing a range of concerns. We can work together to make sense of your experiences and find a way forward. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, aiming for lasting change.
Approach
When anxiety, depression or relationship strain bring you here, I work with steady pacing and attentive listening to help you make sense of what’s happening inside and between sessions. I offer appointments in Cork and online in English, keeping sessions focused, confidential and practical. Together we gently explore thoughts, emotions and patterns, try small experiments or grounding practices between meetings, and reshape unhelpful self‑beliefs over time. This way of working tends to suit adults and parents looking for clear, collaborative support.
