About Me

I am a Counselling Psychologist, trained at Rhodes University and registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. I work with individuals navigating challenges in their relationships, the effects of trauma and loss, questions around identity, and major life transitions. I also support clients dealing with academic or work-related stress, while helping them strengthen their overall psychological and emotional well-being. In addition, I offer career assessment and counselling for those seeking clarity and direction in their professional lives.
