As a trained Clinical Psychologist and CBT Psychotherapist, I can assist you on your unique journey of self-discovery and healing. Feel free to message me for a free 20-minute introductory session.

About Me

I offer a compassionate space to navigate your unique journey of self-discovery. As a Clinical Psychologist and CBT Psychotherapist, I help you understand unhelpful patterns. Together, we build practical strategies for lasting change. This approach helps you move forward with greater clarity and resilience. The initial 20-minute session helps us explore your needs and assess our fit.

Approach

I organize sessions to balance structured practice with gentle curiosity, helping us map patterns and try practical experiments. I offer appointments in English and Greek from my Utrecht/Nieuwegein clinic or online, adapting pace and focus to your life. Sessions blend focused reflection, short mindful exercises and value-based goal setting, with manageable between-session steps to build momentum for anxiety and low mood. This way of working tends to suit people seeking practical tools and steady progress toward clearer living.

Services

Do you feel like you’re constantly striving for control, yet never quite at ease? Perhaps perfectionism, self-criticism, or unresolved trauma keep you trapped in rigid patterns of thinking and behaving—making it difficult to relax, trust yourself, or fully enjoy life. I help individuals who feel mentally exhausted, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves to cultivate self-compassion, release the weight of past experiences, and move toward a life of greater ease, authenticity, and meaning. Through a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Gestalt Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I guide clients in shifting from overthinking and self-judgment to self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and personal growth.

Having lived in Greece, Italy, and the Netherlands, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds. Whether you're navigating stress, trauma, or simply seeking greater self-awareness, I provide a holistic, values-driven approach to healing.

I hold a BSc in Psychology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Utrecht University. I am also a certified Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist (EABCT) through the Greek Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapies.

A little bit about me: I’m passionate about yoga and meditation, which help me stay grounded and present in both my personal and professional life. I truly value the simple joys—good company, cozy nights with family and friends, and deep conversations that wander through the mysteries of life and the universe. I admit, I’m a bit of a romantic at heart, always trying to keep my feet firmly planted on the ground while my eyes remain lifted toward the stars. I find inspiration in the warmth of the sun and the beauty of meaningful connections, and I strive to bring that same warmth, openness, and curiosity into my work as a therapist.
