Mr Geoffrey Schneider

Psychotherapist

My work is body/mind and involves resolving traumatic events where they are stored in memories. The 'bedrock' self is there waiting.

About Me

Past traumatic events can leave deep imprints in both mind and body. I offer a gentle body-mind approach to carefully unravel these stored memories. We work together to process what feels stuck. This helps you reconnect with your ‘bedrock’ self. My work is for those ready to move past old echoes and find lasting inner peace.

Approach

When memories live in the body I move deliberately with attention to sensation, rhythm and breath, helping you notice small shifts that reveal stuck material. In Ventura or by secure online sessions we work at a steady, gentle pace—tracking physical cues, naming felt experience, and using short, practical practices between sessions to strengthen safety and integration. Sessions feel attentive and grounded, with clear focus on processing traumatic imprints while keeping present-moment regulation. This approach suits people ready to reclaim steady, inner feeling and clearer relationships.
