About Me

I offer a supportive space for those navigating depression and anxiety. With systemic family Counseling and organisational psychology, we explore how your experiences connect to relationships and work. My passion for mental health research ensures our work together is well-informed and practical. I aim to help you understand your challenges, fostering resilience for yourself and your family.

Approach

Conversations focus on how your mood, relationships and work intersect, unfolding at a pace you guide. In session I blend curious questions, gentle family mapping and simple, research-informed tools, offering both in-person and online sessions from Harare in English. Between meetings we agree on short practice tasks and reflections tailored to adolescents, parents or workplace stress, so change feels manageable and relevant. This collaborative, evidence-minded approach often helps people build clearer routines, calmer relationships and practical relief from anxiety or low mood.
