Licensed Clinical Psychologists

About Me

We are a team of licensed clinical psychologists based in Rustenburg, North-West, South Africa. We treat abuse, anxiety, and PTSD in adults and adolescents. We provide confidential relationship counseling and sessions for individuals, couples, and families in Rustenburg and online.

Approach

Therapy here moves at a pace we set together, blending practical steps with space to name what feels unsafe or overwhelming. I hold sessions in English, Sesotho, seTswana, isiXhosa and isiZulu, from my Rustenburg office or online, to make communication and cultural context part of the work. Sessions mix focused assessment, skill practice and gentle reflection, and I often suggest short between-session tasks to test what feels helpful in daily life. People coping with abuse, anxiety, mood shifts or trauma tend to find this collaborative, grounded style useful.
