Mr Gaddaffi Thobejane

Occupational Therapist

A qualified Occupational Therapist from University of Cape Town. Passionate, Compassionate, Energetic and Driven. I am competent in rendering mental health services for individuals and groups; such as psycho education, family support, counselling, coping skills, cognitive stimulation and life skills sessions and FCEs.

About Me

As an Occupational Therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals and groups navigating mental health challenges. I offer practical approaches, including focused coping skills and life skills sessions, to strengthen your daily well-being. My compassionate and energetic style helps clients build resilience and develop strategies for a more fulfilling life. We can work together to make sense of difficulties and find practical ways forward, improving your quality of life.

Approach

You’ll find practical, structured sessions that blend compassionate listening with task-focused practice to help you manage daily challenges and build routines. I work with individuals, families and groups in Brakpan and online, offering sessions in English, Sesotho, seTswana and isiZulu so we can communicate in ways that feel familiar. Sessions move at a steady pace—short skill-building, tailored between-session exercises, and periodic assessments to track progress—so change feels manageable. This approach suits adolescents and adults seeking clear strategies and steady support.
