Ms Gabrielle Ferguson

Registered Psychotherapist

I specialize in grief. My grief counselling practice is based on the truth that grief is a normal part of the human experience, but grief is also overwhelming and can disrupt every aspect of life. I also treat stress, anxiety, and trauma.

About Me

When grief feels overwhelming and disrupts your life, I offer support. My practice understands grief as a normal yet profound human experience. We can explore how this, alongside stress, anxiety, or trauma, impacts your daily world. Sessions provide a grounded space to make sense of these challenging emotions. This collaborative approach helps you navigate the disruption and find a way forward.

Approach

When loss upends daily life I pay close attention to how it shows up in your body, thoughts and routines, so we can work with what’s actually happening for you. In London and online, sessions are steady and paced to your needs — part noticing, part practical experiments and short practices between appointments to anchor what we explore. I blend calm presence with active skill-building so changes carry into ordinary days. This way of working often helps adults navigating loss, anxiety or trauma who want thoughtful, manageable steps forward.
