Do you sometimes feel stuck, unsettled, or caught repeating patterns they don’t fully understand? This often shows up in relationships with others and with ourselves and creates recurring anxiety, a sense of emptiness, or the feeling of living through the same situations despite wanting something different... Psychoanalytic work offers a safe space to speak freely and to take time with what feels confusing, painful, or difficult to put into words. Through speaking and being heard in a place where there is no judgment, it becomes possible to notice connections, meanings, and contradictions that are usually overlooked or avoided in everyday life, and that can open the way to meaningful change. Rather than giving advice or trying to fix symptoms quickly, psychoanalysis helps you arrive at a clearer understanding of your own position: what you want, what you fear, and what keeps you going as you are. Over time, this leads to personal development in ways that feels more grounded and lasting, and that can be felt across different areas of life.

About Me

My journey with psychoanalysis is a long one. As an young adult seeking help, I encountered many of the standard and widely used therapeutic approaches. While some were useful, none resonated with me in the way psychoanalysis did. For the first time, I felt that there was space... space to speak, and to hear myself speak. That experience marked a turning point for me. It changed how I understood myself and what I thought therapy could be, and it is what led me to pursue psychoanalysis as my own path of work. In my practice, I aim to create that same kind of honest and open space. A space where people can look at themselves without needing to simplify or resolve their contradictions quickly. A space that can hold different facets of meaning, thoughts, feelings that may never have been voiced out loud, but that need to be said (and heard).

Approach

The work does not follow a program or aim at correcting behaviour or symptoms. Instead, it creates a space where speech can unfold without being guided toward predetermined outcomes. What matters is not fitting experience into categories, but allowing what is specific, contradictory, or difficult to take shape through words. I offer online work with adults in an individual setting and offer longer-term.
