About Us

We are a counseling organization based in Westlands, Central Kenya. We provide counseling, relationship counseling, psychological and diagnostic assessments, and corporate workshops. We staff licensed counsellors for clinical care and workplace training.

Approach

At our Westlands practice therapy unfolds as a collaborative, practical process centred on what you want to change and how life feels day-to-day. Sessions take place in Nairobi or through secure video, in English or Kiswahili, and are paced to fit your availability and comfort. We set clear goals, use brief assessments when helpful, and focus on conversational tools and real‑world experiments between meetings so progress feels tangible. People seeking straightforward, affordable support for relationships, family challenges or personal stress often find this way of working helpful.
