Francesca Iorio

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist

I'm a fully trained pre-accredited Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist based in Wexford Town. I work with adults presenting a variety of issues. I offer a safe, confidencial, and non-judgemental space where to gain a deep understanding of yourself and increase your ability to find new ways of dealing with your difficulty.

About Me

I offer a calm, private space in Wexford Town where we can explore the roots of your difficulties together. Many clients find relief in understanding how past experiences shape present challenges. Through our confidential conversations, you can gain deep insights into yourself. This helps you discover new ways to navigate life's complexities. My approach suits adults ready to look beneath the surface, finding lasting solutions.

Approach

We slowly follow recurring patterns beneath the surface, helping you name moments that have quietly shaped how you feel and relate. Sessions take place in my Wexford consulting room and can be carried out in English or Italian, paced to your readiness and often drawing out material that arrives between meetings. Through attentive listening, gentle interpretation and space for reflection, we track links between earlier experiences and current struggles such as anxiety, relationship or career shifts. This way of working suits adults ready to explore deeper, lasting change.
