Ms Frances Neill

Clinical Psychologist

As a therapist, I work collaboratively with you to help understand your current difficulties and support you in making changes to reach your goals through providing evidence-based practices and therapies. I aim to provide a compassionate, safe, and non-judgemental space for you to learn more about yourself.

About Me

I offer a compassionate space where we can collaboratively explore your current difficulties. Together, we'll use evidence-based strategies to understand what's holding you back. We can then develop practical ways to reach your personal goals. This approach suits clients ready to learn more about themselves with a supportive partner. Our sessions aim to be a safe, non-judgemental place for meaningful change.

Approach

My focus is on helping you break down your struggles into manageable pieces and experimenting with small, practical changes that build confidence. I meet with adolescents, adults and couples in Rotorua and across the Bay of Plenty, offering English sessions both in person and via secure online video. Sessions move between mindful practices, values-based experiments and clear thinking exercises, with brief between-session tasks we tailor to your pace. This way often suits people seeking steady, practical shifts in anxiety, mood or relationship patterns.
