About Us

Flourish Therapy & Wellness Centre is a private clinical psychology practice based in Westlands, Nairobi, offering in-person and online psychological services. We support adults, adolescents, children, couples and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation concerns and major life transitions. We also work with people who may not have a diagnosis but feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted or concerned about recurring patterns in their lives and relationships. Working with Flourish is collaborative, confidential and individualised. We take time to understand each client’s experiences, circumstances, strengths and goals rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. Sessions are warm and non-judgmental while remaining professionally structured and purposeful. Depending on the client’s needs, therapy may involve developing practical coping skills, understanding emotional and relational patterns, processing difficult experiences and creating healthier ways of responding to present challenges. The practice is founded and clinically led by Everlyn Kageha Asige, a licensed clinical psychologist. Where additional support is needed, we work collaboratively with psychiatrists, medical practitioners and other relevant professionals, with the client’s informed consent.

Approach

At Flourish, we take time to understand the full picture—what you are experiencing, what has shaped you, and what matters to you. We pay attention to what is happening in your life now, the experiences that may have shaped how you respond, and the patterns that keep showing up in your emotions, relationships, or decisions. Our work may be practical, reflective or a combination of both. This can include learning ways to manage difficult symptoms, making sense of recurring patterns, improving communication, processing painful experiences or working towards clearer decisions and healthier relationships. We draw from cognitive behavioural, psychodynamic and trauma-informed approaches, but we do not use the same formula for every client. The direction and pace of therapy are guided by your needs, goals and progress.
