Ms Nadia Fieldhouse

Registered Psychotherapist

I am a qualified and experienced integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. I am accredited with the BACP and NCPS. I work remotely via telephone & video. I offer fair pricing and accept WPA, Vitality, Cigna, and Aviva Insurance.

About Me

I offer a warm, integrative space for those navigating trauma, neurodiversity, or chronic illness. We can gently explore your experiences, including inner child work, to foster healing and understanding. My remote sessions, via telephone or video, provide a convenient way to connect. This helps you find clarity and build resilience from your own comfortable space, feeling truly heard and supported as we work together.

Approach

We work at a gentle, steady pace, naming what feels raw and noticing small shifts between sessions so you feel contained while we explore difficult material. In our remote sessions I invite curiosity, somatic awareness and practical reflection—drawing on inner child work, trauma-focused dialogue and paced problem-solving to help you make sense of patterns tied to neurodiversity, chronic illness or relationship stress. Sessions are collaborative and paced to what you can hold, and this tends to suit people seeking compassionate, steady support and clearer coping steps.
