About Me

I provide a safe, empathetic environment as you navigate life's complexities. As an English and Turkish-speaking Clinical Psychologist, I help you process personal crises. I also gently guide you through significant transitions. My approach fosters healthier relationships with yourself and those around you. I offer accessible online sessions, ensuring consistent support for building resilience and clarity.

Approach

When we meet (online or in-person), we focus on what’s most urgent in your life, and we look at the patterns underneath; what your mind does when you’re stressed, what you avoid, and what keeps you stuck and how you respond. The pace is steady and collaborative. We make sense of what’s happening, then choose one or two small steps you can try in daily life. I work in an ACT-informed way: learning to relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings, so they stop running your life while you move toward what matters to you. Along the way, we may also zoom out to the “bigger picture”: meaning, direction, and the kind of person you want to be in your relationships and your life.
